Constantinos Demetriou
I grew up on a farm doing a lot of heavy physical work and spent a lot of time with the animals. We also had a vineyard in an area called Orchard Hills which is an hour drive west of Sydney.
As a schoolboy I excelled at many different sports and became the athlete of the year.
I studied nutrition and sports performance and ended up applying all this knowledge and energy to bodybuilding. I entered my first competition at 17 and won several including the teenage Mr Australia. I went on to win the Mr Australia title 6 times and have recently turned pro now competing mainly in the USA.
I love traveling and meeting new and interesting people. I did own my own gym in Sydney and as a trainer I trained many people from all walks of life from 1st grade footballers to the Late Princess Diana.
Now I have sold my gym and all I have is my suitcase and my bodybuilding. I love the sport and the freedom that I now have as a professional bodybuilder traveling the world.
