Con Demetriou grew up on a farm, doing lots of physical labor. As a kid, Con was a natural athlete, and excelled at many different sports. He entered his first bodybuilding competition at the age of 17 - and there was no looking back. Con has been named ""Mr. Australia:"" six times, and now and holds his IFBB Pro Bodybuilding card. Con spends the year traveling around the world - he loves to compete, and he loves talking with his fans, and showing his hard earned hardbody to adoring muscle worshipers around the globe!I
